Custom Detection Timer Project (ECE 342)
The Custom Detection Timer (CDT) is a portable embedded system designed to detect nearby objects and provide timed visual and audible feedback. Built using a battery-powered architecture, the system uses an ultrasonic sensor, LCD display, and speaker to monitor object presence and respond when detection conditions change. The design focused on portability, usability, reliable object detection, and safe system operation through integrated sensing and user feedback.
